The machine itself is cool with some great features The machine itself is cool with some great features. However, putting it together is a nightmare. I’m pretty savvy and understand directions well, but this thing has screw in places that can’t be reached with a socket, which is what you need to tighten the bolts with no wrench, which one was not provided. The Kick stand doesn’t go together well either. When you push the bolt through the top part and push out the holder casing, the bolt will no longer go in. So that feature is basically useless…

Very Poor Longevity We bought (and paid for assembly – looked like a nightmare) this treadmill in May 2015. In mid-June this year, 2 weeks out of warranty, multiple parts failed. NordicTrack diagnosed the problem, incorrectly, but as a courtesy sent the wrong parts under warranty service. We paid again for installation of the failed parts, only to learn that the real problem was a failed circuit board. The service tech promised to order the parts and then disappeared, failing to respond to multiple contact…
